Garlic-Dill Wild Prawns with Stirfry Veggies
This quick and delicious Garlic-Dill Wild Prawns with Stirfry Veggies dish combines succulent shrimp sautéed in garlic, dill, and butter with a colorful mix of stir-fried veggies. It's a nutrient-packed meal that's full of flavor and perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
For the Garlic-Dill Prawns
12-16 wild large prawns, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp dried or fresh dill
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp grass-fed organic butter
For the Stirfry Veggies
2 cups organic stir-fry veggies (such as spinach, kale, carrots, red onion, broccoli, bell pepper, use whatever you have on hand)
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the Veggies: Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the stir-fry veggies (spinach, kale, carrots, red onion, broccoli, bell pepper, or any other veggies you're using). Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender but still crisp. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Once cooked, remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the Garlic-Dill Prawns: In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp of grass-fed organic butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the prawns, season with dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté the prawns for 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway, until they are fully cooked and opaque.
Combine & Serve: Once the prawns are cooked, add the stir-fried veggies back into the skillet and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately and enjoy!
