Ingredients
- ½ large cucumber, grated and strained
- 1 ½ cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt (5% Fage)

- Place the strained cucumber onto a cutting board and mince until it reaches your preferred texture. Stir the cucumber and freshly minced dill (and mint, if using) into the yogurt mixture.
- Whisk everything together, adding more water (up to ½ cup) until the tzatziki reaches your desired consistency. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat. Serve chilled with pita bread, grilled meats, or as a fresh dip!
