Yogurt Parfait with Fresh Fruit
This vibrant and nutrient-packed Yogurt Parfait Bowl is filled with creamy vanilla yogurt, fiber-rich chia seeds and hemp hearts, fresh fruit, and crunchy granola. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a light dessert.

Ingredients
3/4 cup Silk Soy Milk or Almond Milk Vanilla Yogurt (or 1 serving of yogurt of choice)
1 tbsp organic chia seeds
1 tbsp organic hemp hearts
1 medium organic banana, sliced
1/2 cup fresh organic raspberries and blueberries
2/3 cup Kind almond butter granola clusters
Instructions
In a bowl, fill 1/2 of the bowl with yogurt. Add the granola to the remaining 1/2 of the bowl, creating a clear separation between the two.
On the separation between the two, place the sliced banana in a straight line to cover.
Sprinkle chia seeds in a line directly beside the banana. Add hemp hearts directly beside the chia seeds.
Top the granola with fresh raspberries and blueberries. Enjoy this delicious, protein-packed parfait as a quick breakfast or a satisfying snack!
