PB Fit Yogurt Dip Snack Box Meal Prep
A variation of our PB Fit Yogurt Dip with Sliced Apples, this meal-prepped version makes for a convenient, protein-packed snack you can enjoy at home or on the go. It's the perfect balance of creamy, crunchy, and sweet!

Ingredients
For the PB Fit Yogurt Dip
1/2 cup non-dairy vanilla Silk soy yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
1 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp PB Fit organic peanut butter powder
For the Snack Box
1 organic apple, sliced
Juice of 1/2 a lemon (to prevent apple browning)
2 squares dark chocolate (70% or darker)
1 serving almonds (about 24 almonds)
Instructions
Prepare the PB Fit Yogurt Dip: In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, PB Fit peanut butter powder, and chia seeds until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a meal prep container.
Slice the Apple: Slice the apple and toss with fresh lemon juice to prevent browning.
Assemble the Snack Box: In a meal prep container, arrange the PB Fit yogurt dip, sliced apple, dark chocolate squares, and almonds in separate sections.
Store & Enjoy: Keep refrigerated until ready to eat. Enjoy as a healthy snack at home or on the go!
Notes
Meal Prep Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. Best enjoyed fresh, consider slicing the apple before eating if you have time to rather than meal prepping sliced for best freshness and consistency.
