Easy Greek Salad
This classic Greek salad is a refreshing and flavorful combination of crisp vegetables, tangy feta cheese, and a zesty olive oil dressing infused with oregano. Perfect as a light meal or a side dish, it brings Mediterranean flavors to your table in just minutes!

Ingredients
- 2-3 tomatoes, sliced or chopped 
- 1 large cucumber, sliced or chopped 
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced or diced 
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced or in chunks 
- ½ - ¾ cup feta cheese, whole, cubed, or crumbled 
- 6 tbsp olive oil 
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar 
- 1 tsp dried oregano 
- 1/8 tsp salt 
- 1/8 tsp Greek seasoning 
- 1/8 tsp black pepper 
Instructions
- Add chopped vegetables (cucumber, onion, tomatoes, bell pepper) to a large bowl. 
- In another small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, Greek seasoning, and black pepper. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine. 
- Fold in diced or crumbled feta. If using whole feta, reserve a small amount of the dressing, toss the vegetables in the rest, place the feta on top, and drizzle the remaining dressing over it. 
- Serve fresh and enjoy!
