Easy Greek Salad
This classic Greek salad is a refreshing and flavorful combination of crisp vegetables, tangy feta cheese, and a zesty olive oil dressing infused with oregano. Perfect as a light meal or a side dish, it brings Mediterranean flavors to your table in just minutes!

Ingredients
2-3 tomatoes, sliced or chopped
1 large cucumber, sliced or chopped
1 red onion, thinly sliced or diced
1 green bell pepper, sliced or in chunks
½ - ¾ cup feta cheese, whole, cubed, or crumbled
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp Greek seasoning
1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Add chopped vegetables (cucumber, onion, tomatoes, bell pepper) to a large bowl.
In another small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, Greek seasoning, and black pepper. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine.
Fold in diced or crumbled feta. If using whole feta, reserve a small amount of the dressing, toss the vegetables in the rest, place the feta on top, and drizzle the remaining dressing over it.
Serve fresh and enjoy!
